Overview

Condominium development is CVA's primary business function, particularly through acquisitions and conversions. Through our innovative and proven business model, we have been able to build strong communities that foster a sense of pride in our owners' hearts.

Our primary market focus is in the Atlanta area, as dictated by the will and preferences of our customer base. We have developed properties in Midtown, Buckhead, and Dunwoody, and we also currently do business in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. See our current projects for more information.
