About the Partners

For the past 40 years, William Schmitt, Kenneth Harris, and Thomas Schmitt (left to right) have been applying their vision to create some of the most unique and successful condominiums and conversions across the U.S.

In 2004, they broadened their vision by coming together to form Condominium Ventures of America. After 35 years in Atlanta and Chicago, the three realize that communities aren’t the only things they develop. By building and designing with residents in mind, they’ve been able to develop relationships as well. Their thriving environments invite diverse groups of people to enjoy social and recreational activities and a shared living experience. And after four decades, they continue to keep in mind how their vision relates to the residents. Because in the end, it is they who bring the communities to life.
